En collaboration avec la Fondation Arte Musica et le Chœur Saint-Laurent

Avec le génie qu’on lui connaît, le grand croyant qu’était Bach a rendu dans ses cantates le sens intime des textes qu’il mettait en musique. Comme une prédication, le message théologique ainsi transmis rappelle, dans les Cantates BWV 61, 99, 125 et 186, que tout croyant doit placer sa confiance en Dieu pour s’assurer des richesses du royaume céleste et s’avancer Mit Fried und Freud [Dans la paix et la joie] vers la vie éternelle. Mais, quel que soit aujourd’hui l’état de notre foi, la musique de Bach garde toujours son incomparable richesse.
