Our seasons use a culinary vocabulary that playfully reflects the approach Les Boréades has always taken to the pleasures of the table. The Ratatouille, Minestrone and Fish & Chips series are dedicated to the French, Italian and English repertoires of the 17th and 18th centuries, while the Strudel and Banquet series are devoted to exploring the German and classical repertoires and producing large-scale programs. The Mignardises series, meanwhile, is reserved, whatever the repertoire, for the mastery of ensemble members or distinguished guests; each, supported by a few colleagues, can propose recitals and present his or her discoveries and favorites…
